With all the buzz around Windows 10, Windows Phone users have started to wonder when the upgrade is coming. Well, the wait is over: Microsoft announced the first ten Lumia phones which will be ready for upgrades to Windows 10. The user experience will be worth the wait as Microsoft brings its newest advances in technology to your phone, including the Microsoft Edge browser, the replacement for Internet Explorer, as well as seamless Cortana integration with messages and maps, personalized apps and games, and much more. Windows 10 also includes an improved action centre, making it easier than ever to use your Windows Phone. Windows 10 is about to change the way their users’ phones work– for the better.
The Windows 10 roll-out will be done in stages, so not all phones will be upgraded immediately. Phones with Lumia Denim installed will find that the switch should be relatively painless, so if that’s not installed on your phone, make sure to do so. The following phones are the first ten models which are ready to upgrade to Windows 10 right now. After the first roll-out of Windows 10, other models will follow suit, which Microsoft will announce in order.
